Christmas in the Kitchen

I have finally got some Christmas decorating photos ready.
It has been a while since we had a sunny day on the weekend,
and during the week it is now dark most days when I get home.
Getting photos for my blog is just not easy to do in the winter,
but I managed to get a few (or a ton) on a slightly overcast day
with a few peeks of sun.
Here is my Christmas kitchen...

Apparently, Harley Quinn enjoys having her photo taken.

 A couple taken at twilight.

And daylight.
These little caroler candles were my grandmother
and Aunt Ginny's.
I believe they are from Woolworths.

Ok Harley, one closeup.

Come back later this week for the rest of the house!

  1. How beautiful all around! Harley Quinn sure looks fine; looks like my neighbor's puppy, who is curious and friendly. I tried to look more closely at the smaller glass jar on the island (it has a green painted label, perhaps?) Cute little snowflakes on the glass panes of your door, and I like the coffee station and the location of the shelf between two windows. Love white dishes, hutches, wood floors, gingham check... Thank you for sharing with us. Alexine in Maryland

    1. Thank you Alexine. The green jar is a candle from Walmart, leftover from last Christmas. It looks like we like a lot of the same things! Have a Merry Christmas!

  5. Love love your kitchen! Everything looks story-bookish. Your curtains are so perfect and all the other touches that are festive but look like a real kitchen - not a styling session. :)

    Harley is gorgeous!

    1. Thanks Stacey. The curtains are from a yardsale. And it is definitely a "real kitchen", especially before I clean it up for a photo! Merry Christmas!
