ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER HIKE

Well, we still can't get the 5 of us together for a day, but Brian, Megan and I managed a hike on Labor Day weekend.

We climbed Mt. Monadnock in New Hampshire.

It took us about 2 hours to get to the top, but we made it!  Brian and I were a little iffy for awhile.

We had to make a few rest stops along the way.

Megan only had to stop to wait for us.

We finally made it - to the halfway point.

The view from here was amazing.

We kept on keeping on (even though we didn't feel like it).

And it was so worth it!

  1. So much fun! My family hiked up Mt. Albert in Colorado many years ago. Wasn't sure I would make it at that time. Although much older now, I have often thought of how much I enjoyed it. I am actually in better shape now and would love to get a chance to see if I could make it to the top again. So glad you enjoyed your hike.

    1. It really was incredible. My point & shoot camera doesn't do it justice.
